Hi there! I'm Ashley Wallace, a fitness enthusiast with a passion and pursuit of health and well-being spanning almost my entire life. My lifestyle goals began with the aim toward physical and mental health and longevity. These goals have broadened to include my son, with the hope of instilling the love and appreciation of overall well-being, and ultimately to others, as well.
A healthy lifestyle is more than just working out, but also includes dietary considerations. I hold a diploma in the culinary arts from George Brown College which allows me to assist in fueling a healthy body properly before developing it. As well, I was a member of the Canadian Culinary Olympic and World Cup team team earning two gold medals and a silver.
My fitness philosophy is strongly influenced by the life motto "what you aren't changing, you're choosing", and advocate for those around me to choose health and well-being in every facet of their own personal health adventure.
